"I don’t know why, but I just didn’t like it"
I tried it once and, i don’t know why, but it just didn’t do anything for me. It didn’t feel worth my time, and I don’t really see myself using it again.

"Exchange was okay, just a little slow"
I had to swap my item for a different size, and the process was straightforward overall. Customer support got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and explained the steps clearly, which I appreciated. That said, it did take a few days longer than I was hoping, so that was a bit frustrating. The replacement showed up in good condition though, so in the end it worked out fine.

"Probably wouldn’t recommend it"
I wouldn’t really recommend it. The whole experience felt underwhelming, and what annoyed me most was how they seem to lean on little policy loopholes whenever there’s an issue. It’s one of those situations where technically they can say they’re following the rules, but as a customer it just feels frustrating and not worth the hassle.

I was just trying to look around and get some basic info, but the site felt clunky. A few pages loaded slowly, and I had to click through way too many sections to find simple stuff, which felt unnecessary. It does work, but the whole experience could definitely be smoother and easier to navigate.

"Not the best first impression with the sizing"
I ordered from Perchme my first impression wasn’t great. The item looked fine when it arrived, but once I tried it on, the fit felt a little off. I’m usually a medium, but this was tighter than expected in a few spots, which was annoying. It’s not awful, but definitely not as comfortable as I was hoping. If I order again, I’d probably size up.

"Confusing to Use, but Maybe It Just Needs Work"
I tried using the site for a few minutes, but i had a hard time figuring out what to do. Some of the buttons didn’t really make sense to me, and I ended up giving up quickly. To be fair, it might work better for someone else or just need a clearer layout, but my experience was frustrating.

"It does what it’s supposed to do and..."
It does what it’s supposed to do and all that, so I can’t really complain too much. But for the price, I kind of expected a bit more out of it. It’s not bad or anything, just feels like this could’ve been a better deal.

I tried perchme.com for the first time it went better than I expected. The site was easy to get around, and I didn’t get that sketchy feeling you sometimes get with newer sites.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple of parts weren’t as clear as they could’ve been, and I had to pause for a second to figure things out. Did anyone else run into that too? Overall though, I felt safe using it and I’d probably use it again.

"Checkout was fine, just a little clunky"
I ordered from perchme.com and the checkout did go through eventually, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience. The payment page kind of sat there for a bit and I ended up reloading once before it updated. The site layout was easy enough to follow, and I got the confirmation email a few minutes later, so nothing major went wrong. It just felt... a little off.

"Honestly, it was way harder to assemble than I thought"
I thought this would be simple to put together, but it ended up being a lot more frustrating than expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and a few of the parts just didn’t seem to line up right. I eventually got through it, but yeah, not the easiest setup.

"Pretty good, just one mix-up"
I ordered from perchme.com after a friend recommended it to me, and overall it went well. Most of my order was right, but one small item wasn’t the one I picked, which was a little annoying. It wasn’t a huge deal, and shipping was totally fine. I’d probably give them another try, but I do hope they double-check orders a bit more

"Not quite as comfortable as I hoped"
I was excited about this because the idea behind it seemed really useful, and I expected the design to feel a bit more polished. At first it looked fine, but after using it for a few days, a few things started to bother me. Some parts feel a little bulky, and it’s not the most comfortable to use for longer stretches. It’s not a bad product, but compared to what I was expecting, it just feels like the design could’ve been thought through a bit better.

"Worked okay, then it was a mess"
At first it kind of work fine for me, but then some days it suddenly got super slow or just failed for no clear reason. I keep trying to use it and it would be okay one minute, then frustrating the next. it was annoying.

"I liked the design when I saw it..."
I liked the design when I saw it online, but once it arrived, the material felt thin and flimsy. i expected better for the price. It does the job, but I’m not really happy with it. Also, having to wait in a long queue just to deal with the purchase made the whole experience even more annoying.

"Still waiting for someone to actually respond"
I’ve reached out to perchme.com more than once now, and I still haven’t gotten a proper reply. At first I figured maybe they were just busy, but after multiple attempts it feels like I’m being ignored. It’s really frustrating when you need help and can’t get anyone to take the issue seriously. At this point, I feel like I have no choice but to escalate the complaint because basic customer support shouldn’t be this hard.

I found a promo code for Perchme and it actually worked at checkout, which was a nice surprise. It didn’t take off a huge amount, but hey, savings are savings. The site was easy to use too, no hassle or anything. I’d probably give it 5 stars if they had more offers more often.
